Typing With No Hands

I don’t want to sound gory by any means, but I am writing this blog post with no hands.  How am I doing it?  Let me tell you.

I was on a website today talking about voice recognition software.  Basically, the way it works is you talk to the computer through a microphone and the words appear on the screen - as simple as that.

So, based on the recommendation I read about Dragon Naturally Speaking, I went out an purchased a copy.  After a bit of trial and error, I realized that I made a good choice - it works great.

Sure, sometimes it makes a few mistakes, but don’t we all?

Cheap Laptop Accessories

I have never been one to spend a lot of money on anything.  In fact, some people would call me cheap, though I would rather consider myself as a thrift shopper.

Okay, I’ll admit it, I am cheap especially when it comes to buying stuff for my computer.  You see, I was looking for some clearance laptop accessories as I needed a new mouse and cooler pad for my notebook.

Usually, I can find good deals online, and that is just what happened today.  I ordered a new mouse and cooler pad (last year’s models) and they should be here in a few days.  Sometimes, I wish there was a quicker way to get items that you order online to your door - that would make life easier.

New MySpace Proxy

It seems like each time that I find a new MySpace proxy, it ends up that it is blocked shortly after I find it.  Whether I am just a little slow, or it just ends up that I have some bad luck, I am getting very tired of looking for proxy websites.

So, when I found a great free proxy server resource, I had to look to see if they had more recent proxy servers than what I had been using.

Sure enough, I was able to find some new MySpace proxies and I will now be able to visit the sites that I want to while at work.

From now on, I am going to try to stay on the cutting edge of the proxy world, instead of trailing behind everyone.
